Receiving an error while listing a product - error 8567 (GS1 not being verified)
I have provided these docs: (in one combined PDF)
- GS1 Certificate showing ownership
- GS1 Verify Screenshot showing the the UPC is valid and for our product
- USPTO letter to prove relationship between brand and brand owner
- Letter from owner stating that hey own the brand and we are authorized.
Additionally, we are BRAND REGISTERED!
FYI, the prefix is 198715 (which seems like others have an issue with as well)
There is no more information to share - it is all there. I have combined it into one file!
These are all items that are new color/variations for parent ASIN in good standing (a multi-million dollar/year product)
NOTHING!

Ok, you've done all the correct things. Now try this. No support assistance is necessary.
Enter your UPC into the Google web browser. What is displayed? Your product? Nothing? That is the same thing Amazon will do to validate the UPC. If nothing shows up for you, it will display the same to the Amazon bot.
Give GS1 30 days to post it and then give Amazon 30 days to collect it.
