Missing Inventory

It has happened several times that I send in product, say 300 cases, then I check the sales report and 250 cases were sold and yet the inventory is at 0. How is this possible. This is not a onetime event. Last year inventory in the amount of approx. 120K went missing. And it keeps happening again this year. Is Amazon just taking my inventory and selling it themselves? How else would it be possible that hundreds of cases are missing. They cannot possibly lose that much product in the warehouses. It is frustrating because there is ZERO help given with Amazon reps. They just repeat themselves like Robots. They want to know which shipment that I sent in hasn't been received in full. Yet that isn't the issue at all. Most shipments that go to Amazon are received in full, give or take a couple of cases. The issue is that once the product is in inventory and dispersed in god knows how many warehouses, it goes missing. I am at my wits end and probably will have to stop selling (or losing loads of inventory) with Amazon. It is not sustainable.
