USPS Ground Advantage not available again on Buy Shipping

- This happened a few days ago, then all new options included USPS Ground Advantage on Amazon "Buy Shipping".

- Suddenly it has gone back to offering UPS Ground Saver as lowest cost .

- UPS Ground Saver includes the USPS in the shipment process and takes days longer for delivery, yet costs more?

- Simply not understandable, at least at my level of decision making...?
