Since reclassification last year, our sales are down by more than 50%. Impressions are also down drastically. Something had to have happened during that process. I finally opened a Seller Support case a couple weeks ago but they're still working on it.

My understanding was that the reclassification was supposed to open up our listings for more buyers to find, but I've seen the opposite happen. Have other sellers experienced this decline?
