Wrong Reimbursement and Wrong Amazon "estimated" Sourcing Cost

Hello all.

My 123 units are lost in amazon warehouses. Amazon paid a reimbursement with respect to amazon "estimated" unit price which is 0.68$. However my actual sourcing cost is 2.4$ which I can prove with invoice. I've uploaded the invoice and talked with seller support but no solution. I will be out of stock during Black Friday and Cyber Monday and I can't get even my sourcing cost.

And the other thing is I have 2 variations on this list and the only difference is size of them. Amazon estimated 7.54$ unit price for other variation and 0.68$ for the lost one. As I said before only difference between these two variations is their size. One is petite fit and the other one is universal fit. How it is estimated like this? Please help me with this issue. I can't even update my sourcing cost for any future losts or etc. It keeps saying "denied".

As discussed in this old thread, Amazon’s underpayment for units it loses in its warehouses is a longstanding seller complaint.

As we noted there, Amazon reimbursements don’t even cover our direct material costs—let alone the indirect costs of labor, facilities, and overhead that every business must carry.

And as far as I know, no seller has ever managed to get Amazon to reimburse a realistic cost above its arbitrary, usually inaccurate formula.
