One of my top selling item classified as Adult Product and it's not searchable on amazon.

I spoke with couple seller support and finally found one who figured out the ASIN is classified as adult product incorrectly and he created the ticket to internal team.

Since this is urgent issue, can any of mods help me to escalate the issue? I am losing lots of sales and being charged peak FBA storage fee.

Today we discovered that one of our best selling ASINs has been incorrectly classified as an adult product and is restricted in search results. Case ID 16370842871. Can anyone help expedite this? It's one of our best selling products and is a kids bath toy.

Has anyone ever had the problem where their listing is incorrectly classified as a Natural Health Product (NHP)? Our product contains two components:

• Component 1 is a medical device
• Component 2 is a gel/lubricant and is an accessory to component 1. Component 2 itself makes no therapeutic claims other than lubrication.

Because component 2 makes no therapeutic claims, it cannot be classified as an NHP. However our listing has been removed due to this. Does anyone have any experience with how to resolve this?

Amazon support hasn't been any help.
