"You need approval to list this ASIN" - desperate for help!

I have called, emailed and chat with the Amazon seller support over 10 times. No one is available to help and I feel as if I’m talking to a brick wall with customer service.

I started a new variation for one of my listings. I unfortunately put into the bullet points the words “anti-fungal” and “hypo-allergenic” so it was then flagged as a pesticide. I am NOT trying to sell this as a pesticide and want to desperately remove these claims from my listing.

Because my listing is now inactive and flagged, I am unable to edit my own listing to resubmit it for approval. Every time I go to “edit listing” under manage inventory, I get this message: You need approval to list this ASIN.

This is my own brand with brand approval. Every time I message with Amazon they say they cannot help me because it must be managed by the restricted product sector. However that sector tells me (only available over email), that I need to edit the listing. But I physically CANNOT edit my own listing! This is so painful. How do I get this fixed??

I currently have 1500 units of this ASIN on a cargo ship from China with this SKU on the labeling hence I must fix this issue!

Thank you in advance for any insight.

If you have the option, take the pesticide "training" that Amazon offers. Sometimes just acknowledging what is and is not a pesticide helps in cases like this. The training came out a couple of years ago and we took it just to be safe.
