Read onlyWe have a weird issue that has cropped up just the past couple months. We ship a few dozen on average Seller fulfilled prime orders per day, using Amazon buying shipping directly out of Amazon, no 3rd party services, so we should be covered....
What we are noticing lately is Seller Fulfilled returns being processed for "order not received" but there is no open return request, no message, nothing, simply a 100% full refund without a return being opened by the customer.
A very important note is all the units that I've checked are 100% confirmed delivery with proof of delivery as well... this screams fraud but it's also hard to say, but the most concerning part of it all is the refunds are all happening without a customer return being opened at all...

I wanted to make sure you had the process for requesting reimbursement for refunds issued by Amazon for Seller Fulfilled Prime orders, in case any of the orders in question here are eligible for you to submit for reimbursement.
