Hi, buyer returned a different item, Amazon granted the Safe-T but is not refunding Amazon fees? We are out of around $130 when we are victims of fraud and Amazon is keeping funds to their selves. Is Amazon really keeping this money?
I never thought about it, but I believe you are correct that Amazon keeps those fees. Since it doesn't show up as a refund on the order, just a separate SAFE-T credit to your account. So, I guess I am losing 15% of all these shipping fees I have refunded through SAFE-T claims.

After review, I can advise that reimbursements from SAFE-T claims would not include administrative fees as outlined in the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement. I apologize for any strain this might cause, but also wanted to be sure you had this list of useful fees tools handy.
