Someone changed our product title name on ASIN B0CV4NYDQL to include a different brand name. We are the sole owners of this brand and seller support said someone else has now claimed control to make any changes on this ASIN. We have talked multiple times with seller support and they have not been able to help.

Please help me with this matter.

I am experiencing an issue with one of my listings, and I hope you can assist.

The brand name and title of my listing have been changed without my authorization.

Original Brand Name: BKK-Bargains

Changed Brand Name: TYCDZ

Changed Title: "ZDD20.24-11-23-22"

Complaint ID: 16811929241

I'm now no longer able to make any changes to that listing, apart from the available quantity.

I have already submitted numerous support requests regarding this matter and have always received the following response:

"After a review, we've determined that the attribute you would like to update for this ASIN has already been claimed by another representative of the brand.

While we are unable to make updates as per your request, we have sent the changes you requested to the brand owner for consideration."

In the forum, I noticed that @Seller_guPeMXBrBxqyU or @Seller_t9kvdr2yixQej might be able to assist with this issue.

I would be very grateful if a solution to this problem could now be found.

My listings are under an unregistered brand. Since 2017, the brand name has been changed several times by others. Now I have 2 questions about my listing.

1. Last December, the listing title was changed to be a brand name, only a brand name in the title. The listing was removed due to suspected intellectual property violations. I have tried to edit the title to remove the brand and also update with template, but no use. It shows successful, but still can’t change it back. I have contacted service several times and they said we do not have the edit permissions and have to register the brand first. (case ID: 17386698381)

2. The listing brand was ungistered and also was changed to others, but when I open the edit page, it shows request approval to my own brand. How can I change the brand back? Please help us. (case ID: 17551134011)
