Brand Name and Product Title Changed

Hello @Jim_Amazon

We have another situation where our Product Title and brand name have changed. The FBA product title changed to random letters and numbers.

Case ID 16565960071

We'd really appreciate if you could take a look and escalate this for us. The last time we had a similar situation, they were unable to help us resolve.
