Read onlyOne of my products was just flagged by Amazon with the message:
"This product has been identified as a dietary supplement that does not meet Food and Drug Administration (FDA) labeling requirements."
In response, I uploaded the product label image and explained that my label includes all the required elements based on FDA regulations: the identity statement, net quantity of contents, Supplement Facts panel, and manufacturer information.
This is regarding Case ID: 17542919771.
However, Amazon keeps sending me the exact same automated response, even when I repeatedly ask for clear guidance. It's extremely frustrating—my listing was removed without any specific explanation, and I have no idea what part of the label is causing the issue.
I really need help resolving this. If anyone has dealt with this kind of situation before or knows how to get actual feedback from Amazon, please share your advice. Thank you!
You don't sell this in Canada, do you?
