Product is Blocked, but not listed in Account Health, No Progress with product safety team after a month

Was advised by @Cooper_Amazon to create another discussion on this issue.

Detail of the issue are as following :

These ASINs require the submission of the appropriate certificates. However, these products do not appear in the Health Account, We do not have the option to upload the documents through this tab.

We were then instructed to send the documents via email to child-safety @amazon. com. where child safety asked us to upload in account health/its not in their scope of support.

i've been facing this issue since August 2024, and we still do not know what to do with these ASINs, and i have more ASIN that display similar symptoms as below :

The case then was escalated by @Cooper_Amazon to product safety team, but the case above doesn't make any progress since a month now. and the case ID 17203213411 are rejected by product safety team.

What additional steps can we take to unlock these products?

Please assist us in resolving this issue.
