Why can this not be fixed? Amazon upgrades return shipping label to USPS Priority Mail when we shipped the item out USPS Ground Advantage. Unless the item is over 75 lbs., no return should be shipped back USPS Priority Mail. I am at a complete loss when an item we ship out(our rates, not using AMZ label rates), is $6.70; yet Amazon upgrades the return and we end up paying $17.46 for label.
This should be an easy fix Amazon...What gives? Threads from last year at this time had the same issue posted, but nothing has changed. With the change in USPS first class to ground advantage and package weights, why would Amazon not do this? Why can we not select what class mail we want it shipped back to us at?
Hello @Seller_JBvj7KdGlbgzT- and thanks for highlighting this here on the forums.
Here is our help page on prepaid return shipping services, which advises: "USPS First Class mail ships most items under 1 lb and UPS Ground ships items from 1 to 150 lb."
That said, I would recommend connecting with our seller support team directly if this issue continues to impact your account for more personalized troubleshooting and guidance!
Thanks,
Danny
