Up to now, Up to now, All funds in my Amazon account are still frozen
I have saw the other sellers unfrozen the funds in about 1-2 weeks. Why hasn’t i unfrozen the funds even though i actively solved the problem? I have contacted the seller support team for many times, no one responded me, the cases are on "transferred" status and show: Answered cases cannot be reopened after 5 days with no activity.
It has been a month since the right owner withdrew the lawsuit, but our account performance has not been eliminated and we still cannot withdraw money. The company is facing huge financial pressure.
