My images are real, but they have been rejected many times on the grounds that they are computer generated. We can provide the complete product branding process to prove that our products are real and not computer generated. Please help contact the relevant team to help review our materials.

Basically Amazon wants an "actual" image of your product that also clearly shows the BRAND NAME on the product. So take an actual picture of your product sitting on a table or in someone's hand but make sure Amazon can see the BRAND NAME. The pictures don't have to be fancy and not advertising staged pictures. The reason is that Amazon wants to see that the product with the BRAND NAME you intend to sell is actually real and not just a thought of what you want or hope it to be. No artificial images.

Hi @Seller_e96ZgqlM4zPAY

My name is Sandy from the community manager team.

Please look through the Brand Registry requirements for permanently affixed brand name - Explained

Especially under the "Tips for getting your images approved" section.

  1. Upload at least 3 images of the product and packaging from different angles so you can clearly see the brand name.
  2. Take pictures of the products in your hand or on a table.
  3. The images must be actual photos of the products you are planning to sell under your brand.

I looked at your photos and it's a grey area as I do see the brand name on the plastic bag, but it's very small and hard to see. I also see the brand name on the product, but the words are blurry and do not look like it is on the product. I'm sure it is, but I suggest you to upload more close up photos from different angles.

Once you have submit this way, please let me know.

Sandy
