I am a new seller on Amazon. I have only been selling on the platform for about a month now. I randomly received an alert today reguarding my account is at risk for deactivation. After looking into this, I noted that my on-time delivery is only 54%?!? However, my late shipment percent is 0%, meaning I have never shipped a package late. This obviously means the carriers I used delivered some of my packages late (Completely out of my control). I use and purchase USPS, FedEx, and UPS shipping labels through amazon. I called account services, they basically told me to talk to my carriers. What am I supposed to do? This issue is completely out of my control. Am I forced to enroll in FBA now? What do I need to change in my shipping setting to resolve this issue? CaseID: 16748186541

Hello @Seller_MjO6a27pHUkME,
Thank you for posting concerns with your account here on the forums.
I see that you have concerns that your on time delivery rate (OTDR) has been impacted and you are seeking clarity on how to prevent this from occurring in the future. I understand that this may be confusing for you so I am here to provide assistance.
To ensure that your orders are OTDR complaint, either the order must be DELIVERED on or before the "deliver by" date in seller central OR the following conditions must be met...
-The shipped SKU was assigned to a shipping template with Shipping Settings Automation (SSA) enabled.
-Your account has automated handling time (AHT) enabled.
-You bought an “OTDR Protected” shipping label on Amazon Buy Shipping.
Since we cannot predict if the carrier may experience delays, making sure that all of the above conditions are met will ensure that your orders are OTDR compliant.
I was able to review the case ID and work with our partner teams to review the details of the affected orders. I downloaded the OTDR report and reviewed order ID ending in 8036206. You shipped the item out earlier than required but the carrier delivered the package 2 days after the "deliver by" date in seller central. This is why this order was found OTDR non-compliant. For this order, you used buy shipping to purchase the label and your SSA was enabled, but your AHT was not enabled at the time, so all 3 conditions were not met to ensure OTDR protection.
I suggest for you to review the OTDR help page I linked above and check your shipping settings if you wish to enable AHT moving forward.
I know that this is a lot of information and I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any other questions or other order ID's you would like me to review, please provide them here in this thread. The forums community and I are here to support you.
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan
