I am unable to download the Amazon Delivery App from the website, neither have received the link to download it. While trying to change the Buy Shipping Preferences, I am unable to find it on my Account Info page or entire section as such.

Even though sufficient evidence was provided that we the seller was defrauded. Amazon Safe-T claim was denied.

The Scam:

Customer places 2 separate orders for an expensive and cheap version of a similar product from 2 different vendors. Then the customer places a return for the expensive product but sends the Cheap product instead as the Return.

Worst part is Amazon was foolish enough to accept the wrong Return item with original packing and shipping label. and put the whole thing into another package with a Return Shipping label.

When we received the package we immediately knew this is not what was sent. We took an unboxing video, however it was not as per amazon guidelines which we realized later. However sufficient evidence regarding the customers other Shipping Label etc which clearly shows the returned item is not ours were provided. However Amazon claims department takes 0 effort.

Its time to boycott Amazon and proceed legally.

Whereas Correct captured Pics Are Provided besides unboxing video of the pack was uploaded . All the concern data was provided but wrongly denied by the case handling person. Amazon should take care & prevent harassment to sellers . Very pathetic experience .

In this case buyer was delivered with a compromised pack , in return we received a different item and that too local staff kept us repeatedly asking them to return this pack for 4-5 days . Every day we received otp but pack never delivered for 4-5bdays finally when we reported to seller support we were delivered with a box of different size as what we shipped and that too with diffrent item inside . all the data was submitted with this claim but seems moderator did not went in details and simply denied the case.
