On March 25th there were some changes to Amazon's program policies surrounding Remote Fulfillment with FBA.

Starting March 25, 2025, you will be provided with credits to cover return fees for items that are sold and returned through Remote Fulfillment with FBA in the Mexico and Brazil stores.

This update ensures that you'll pay the same fulfillment fees for returns, whether through US FBA or Remote Fulfillment with FBA. Amazon will automatically issue credits within 30 days after a return.

To view your credit, go to your Transaction view. If you receive a credit, you’ll see "Refund" in "Transaction type" and "Remote Fulfillment credit" in "Transaction details".
