Account Still Deactivated, Any more experienced sellers have an idea on how to move forward?

Hello Community,

Attached below is a email from Amazon on 10-10-2024. However my account status is in the same deactivated status as its been for the last month. I've tried 4 times to reach out to seller support. The last call the poor guys English was sooo bad that we couldn't even complete one sentence together. Not 100 percent what to do from here. any ideas? I appreciate you guys!!! The two ASINS listed are new info provided by AMAZON but I don't even have those listed any longer. In fact they aren't even listed on my account. My point is neither of the below claims from Amazon are true so far.

We have reviewed the information you provided. As a result, we will disburse your available funds on the next settlement date. If you have questions related to funds disbursement, "not allowed url's"

We have also reviewed the provided information regarding the ownership of the inventory and determined that you have provided invalid proof of purchase . We are exercising our right of disposal under the section F-7 of the "Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement" and the "Unsuitable inventory investigations policy". Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement can be found at However, this will not make any change to the status of your account, it remains activated.
