My account was suspended and I submitted appeal materials. It's been over 85 days and Amazon hasn't responded to me. I can't get any response other than informing that the evaluation is ongoing.

Hello,

My account was suspended due to intellectual property reasons. I sent an objection and the investigation has been ongoing for 85 days. I called many times and filed a lawsuit, they tell us to wait for the investigation to be completed. Can someone help me?

Since you filed a lawsuit, you can probably be waiting a very, very, very long time. They can keep it in limbo for a long time while they "investigate".

Intellectual Property complaints are taken very seriously and if you do have the appropriate documentation, then you will never be reactivated.

attach a screenshot of suspension notification if possible.

Intellectual Property consist of Mainly 3 thigs

Trademark Infringement

Copyright Infringement

Patent Infringement

Also, Try calling an Amazon account health specialist by clicking on the call me now button on account health page. You can get a idea on how to resolve the issue.
