Create case packs to help drive higher-volume sales
Our Case Pack Recommendations tool helps you identify opportunities to bundle your products as case packs, or add offers on existing case packs.
Case packs contain multiple single units (for example, six keyboards) and offer customers a lower cost per-item and consolidated delivery.
Using case packs helps you increase your sales to customers. In the first half of 2022, case packs sales grew 16% faster than single-unit sales in the US, with 15% higher conversion for Amazon Business customers than single units.
Based on your catalog and customer demand, we offer two types of case pack recommendations:
- Create new case packs: We assess multi-unit orders of your single products to indicate if there is demand for these products to be sold as case packs.
- Add offers on existing case packs: To suggest that you could add an offer on this existing ASIN, we review case packs for products from brands that you are registered.

Or you could simply display business price breaks to everyone....? We always make our breaks by the case and pallet.

How about having an easy fix to be able to list multi packs? How about fixing these bots that can't recognize "value" that keep taking these listings down? Would literally be a WIN for the seller, Win for the buyer, and a Win for Amazon to collect selling fees on higher sale amounts.

Unfortunately , none of the dozens of "case pack" recommendations provided here will actually let you create either a case pack or multi pack from an existing ASIN.
You will waste lots of time trying, just to get a bunch of error messages even when you follow each and every step of the process provided by Amazon
Each time we tried it, it either errors out saying " you are not allowed to create new listings for this brand" or that the provided UPC cant be used, regardless if its the original or a purchased GS1 barcode.
Very frustrating and time consuming.
Why does Amazon provide a link to "Create Case Packs" that does not allow you to do so?

Can I create a "Case Pack" of related books?
A case pack of a dozen Grishams or Jackie Collins books?
A dozen books about ancient Roman architecture?

Come on Amazon. Just spend a couple of minutes on eBay and you'll clearly see the right way to offer quantity discounts....it's really not that hard. It's one of my favorite features over there....

Update:
I spent the weekend painstakingly trying each and every "Case Pack Recommendation that Amazon shows as available .
I input each and every field as requested and was careful to follow each step.
-When I tried using the single pack UPC to add to a larger sized case pack ( say a 5 pack) , Amazon gets confused and adds that 5 pack offer to the 1 pack ASIN and of course then you get a Price Violation because of course a 5 pack is way more expensive than a 1 pack. So obviously you cant use the single pack UPC
-When I tried using certified GS1 UPC's that we purchased for this very purpose, it allows you to add all the relevant information right up until you fill out the very last required field ( which are highlighted in red) . Then it immediately throws up the gray Amazon error box that says that the UPS doesn't match the product being presented, or on some that the brand doesn't allow additional ASIN's to be created for it's products.
Either way , this Amazon feature ( Create Case Packs) is exceptionally flawed . I'm amazed they waste seller time and resources taking us down the path of trying a feature that they clearly haven't beta tested .
So hey Amazon, I did your BET testing for you and this feature is broken.
It seems we're stuck in "1 pack land " with dozens of sellers all jammed onto the same listings as Amazon's engineers have no clue how to allow sellers to easily or effectively create multi-packs on their platform.
After 12 years on the platform I can tell you Amazon customer's love buying multiples of a product . We built our business on creating these economical multi pack listings, why is this suddenly no longer an option here?

Will Amazon make these case packs using inventory already at FBA?

Why Shouldnt be a way to add a Pack without a UPC?

Case Packs are a Great Idea. Until Amazon then converts your case pack into a single quantity and then dings you for being overpriced!
