We've noticed that an "Other" transaction has been deducted from our account three times, and we have yet to receive any explanation from Amazon. Every month, Amazon is deducting a significant amount and simply marking it under "Other" without any detailed breakdown or justification.

This lack of transparency is unacceptable. We have reached out for clarification but haven’t received any proper response. Has anyone else faced a similar issue? If so, were you able to get any resolution?

Amazon needs to provide clear details on these deductions instead of just grouping them under vague categories. Hoping to get some insights from fellow sellers!

Subject: Unexplained Account Deductions - Requesting Assistance

I am and recently noticed two unexplained deductions from my seller account balance:

June 29, 2024: -$8,018.56

October 29, 2024: -$14,148.57

The transaction view called these deductions under Amazon Advertising and Other, but these charges are not included in my advertising expenses and do not correspond to any fees my account should be paying. I have reviewed all advertising activities and related costs but still cannot identify the source of these deductions.

After discovering the issue, I contacted Amazon Support for help, but I have not received a clear answer or solution. They are unable to determine the reason for the deductions. I believe this might be a technical glitch.

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? Can someone help me resolve this financial problem? I would greatly appreciate any assistance!

We have noticed a deduction of over $30,000 categorized as "Other Transaction" without any explanation. Naturally, our first step was to conduct our own research in an attempt to find any clues or clarification, but we found nothing.

Following that, we reached out to support, expecting some transparency. However, not only have we not received a clear answer, but the issue is also being repeatedly delayed without any resolution.

Given the significant amount involved, we cannot simply overlook this unexplained deduction. Since support has not been helpful so far, we are bringing this discussion to the Seller Forum—because, at this point, what else can we do?
