impossible to follow instructions by account health, no reply in three months

I have started a new thread because no one replied to the one I was using in three months.

Please find enclosed relevant messages from the last thread, and in particular the one from Atlas 6 months ago. I called various representatives on those numbers provided for US and intetnational support. They cannot help and claim these are the wrong numbers to call. Now they do not work at all.

Basically, account health is telling me to reset my original account, but it has been deactivated (for ever, I think) and it is impossibe. Can you help please?
