To the all wise sellers, please try and shed some light on this. I am pulling my hair out.
New products to Amazon, I listed a couple dozen different kinds of gourmet popcorn to the site. half a dozen were listed two weeks ago FBM. Initially, two days after the listings I got two separate orders. Now, I can't even pull up the listings at all UNLESS I type in the exact name of the company and the exact item description. I have even jumped on the sponsored listings and I am still no where. Example. I have a Pumpkin Spice popcorn. When I search for Pumpkin Spice popcorn, I looked through every product and I am no where to be found. For the keywords, I used Dozens of different keywords that someone may enter. I have never been so discouraged than I am now. I have literally spent hundreds of hours trying to figure out what the hell could be making me unsearchable.
Thank you for your time
Hello @Seller_dEERjnj9RPjaY,
My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I can shed a bit more light on this. Brand names that are not showing up in search is explained in the "Create high quality content to make your Brand name more relevant to shopper," section of the Amazon Search help page. At the end of the section mentioned are 5 tools to utilize in order to highlight your brand. If you have utilized each one of those, but still are not seeing your brand name in search, please open a case with Seller Support and provide that case ID here so I can follow along and step in as needed.
Best,
Dougal
