  1. Hello Amazon ,I’m reaching out because I’m facing an incredibly frustrating situation with my Amazon Seller account. A few weeks ago, my account was deactivated, and Amazon it is connected to another account that is not mine. I’ve never managed or owned any other account, so this has been a complete shock to me.Here’s what I’ve done so far,I submitted multiple appeals, providing all the documentation requested by Amazon.I even signed an affidavit to certify that I have no connection to the other account they mentioned.Despite all this, I’ve received no response from Amazon, and my account remains deactivated.This situation has been incredibly frustrating and has affected my business badly. When a seller receives a multiple selling accounts violation, it indicates that they have another selling account or have accessed another account that is deactivated. In some cases, sellers can have multiple accounts and access other accounts, but if any one of these accounts is deactivated, all associated accounts, or accounts that the seller has accessed, can also be deactivated.

Often, sellers create a global account while registering the account, and that will activate multiple marketplaces (selling accounts in other countries) that require attention. If one of these accounts is deactivated, it can lead to the deactivation of other related accounts due to multiplicity of accounts violation.

To reactivate a related account, first address the violation(s) in the account that caused the initial deactivation. Once the primary account is reactivated, you can request the reactivation of the main account.

If you are certain your account was deactivated in error with no relation to another account, you can take the following steps:

Appeal through the Account Health Dashboard and submit any evidence demonstrating your account is not related to another account. On your appeal, I would suggest you include:
