Urgent Help Needed- Property Complaints

I have wrongfully received Intellectual Property Complaints.

I contacted the rights owner and discussed this. They RETRACTED their complaints. They have sent me emails and retraction IDs.

I called Amazon February 5th and it was confirmed that my listings should be active within 24-48 hours: CASE 17139883971. I spoke to Amazon on the phone and he said all of the retractions are successful and my violations will be REMOVED.

All the violations were REMOVED from my account and all the Intellectual Property Complaints were gone, February 5th.

I now see, after Amazon finished the evaluation this morning Feb 6th on my previously submitted invoices (before the retractions went through), they once again put all of the "Intellectual Property Complaints" back, despite the fact that the rights owner successfully retracted all of the complaints. They are also now listed as "High – Repeat violation" even though they are retracted and my listings are down.

Account health specialists are not able to help me as they are saying they cannot find the retractions which is ridiculous.

complaint ID 17107395151 - retraction ID 17120048691

complaint ID 17107500661 - retraction ID 17123244841

complaint ID 17107535271 - retraction ID 17123462281

I would contact the complainant and make sure that Amazon accepted the retractions on their side.
