I experience horrible delays in my product shipment from AWD to FBA since I chosen automatic replacement that claims I will never run about of stock it seems like I may very soon. Also my customers see delivery estimate of 3 weeks, no FBA, because I am selling items that not yet been delivered to FBA. Is there a way to expedite current shipment in progress and manually send more since it takes so long I almost sold out all item in progress and they do not add more shipments. How does it even calculated? I am worried since this is the first launch people will just cancel orders. I spent a lot on adds to get sales, but platform is not capable to keep up. All of those orders are of course still pending so not clear if they will end up canceled.

I'm sorry to read about these concerns. Can you share any associated replenishment/shipment IDs that I can ask our AWD partners to look into for status confirmation and updates? After that, I can certainly provide the detailed steps to create a manual replenishment if needed.
