Read onlyHello,
I have noticed a discrepancy with the delivery dates on my orders, which is impacting my business and customer satisfaction. Specifically, my standard order with free delivery is showing a delivery date of 18th-19th February, whereas my Prime order is showing a delivery date of Thursday, 20th February.
Prime orders are supposed to be delivered to customers within the next day, which is not reflected in my system. I have checked my Premium Delivery Eligibilities, which stands at 98.6%, so I am unable to understand why the Prime order delivery date is later than the standard order.
In the morning when I check my product on Amazon purchase account, all my products have the Prime badge. However, by the evening, none of my products have the Prime badge. It is strange and has been happening for the last 15 days. Sometimes the Prime badge appears on my listings, and sometimes it does not, leading to a noticeable drop in my Prime orders. I have contacted Amazon customer service, but I haven't received a satisfactory answer.
This issue is adversely affecting my Prime orders, as there has been a noticeable drop in performance. Additionally, I have attached screenshots for your reference to help illustrate the problem.
For reference, my Case ID with Amazon Seller Support is 10808577812 they have been investigating these from last week with no resolution any help will be greatly appreciate.
