I have been unable to get any bank account verified on Amazon due to the fact that seller Wallet thinks that my account is a business account and therefore amazon wont accept my bank account when i tey and get it verified. I have submitted documents for both a business and individual account and regardless nothing work. It won't accept my bank account. It keeps sending emails back saying that it cannot be verified. That seller Wallet has seen that your account is used for individual purposes and when the changes are made, we will notify you. this has been months and months. No one has ever gotten back from me. At one point i have used my seller wallet to pay someone. But now i cant even pay anyone. Every time I try to even make a payment from my seller wallet there is an error saying to refresh browser. This happens no matter what computer what device I am trying to use on. the latest case I have about this through seller Central is case number 15932848251. I just need my money out from sellwr wallet!!! Please help!!!
