I have FBA registered in 2 states and to my surprise today when I was creating a shipment it says storage limit is full. Storage limit for all my registered warehouses was drastically reduced to 50 units each which was earlier 2000 units per warehouse. In total I have more than 50 ASINS in my catalogue, what AMAZON think I will do with this storage limit which they have offered. Seeking help from fellow sellers.
same happened with me. Very difficult to create new shipments.
it's been two days since the standard size has reduced, Amazon has confirmed us that the issue is from their end only. Although they have requested to fill the Inventory storage form in advance. Some sellers state that it can take about 2 days to resolve after filling the form. Or hopefully the FBA team will resolve it from their end.
Any sellers storage limit resolved kindly update will be helpful.
This is something related to freedom sale, even same state deliveries are taking 3+ days. Many inbound shipments not getting received on time. This issue will most probably solve after the freedom sale. Amazon is already facing lot of pending orders in their system.
I'm facing the same issue. My storage limit in the Chennai fulfillment center has been drastically reduced from over 1000 units to just 50 units. This sudden change has caught me off guard, especially with the upcoming Freedom Sale.
Initially they sent me a form to fill to increase storage limits.
I've reached out to Amazon support again, and they confirmed that the storage reduction is due to the increased demand during the sale. However, I believe a prior notice regarding this change would have been beneficial for sellers to adjust their inventory plans accordingly.
Has anyone found a workaround or received any updates from Amazon regarding this matter?
facing same storage issue, Amazon at least should give an update on actual issue
Same thing.. 1500 reduced to 50. It is all done on purpose it seems. They want to promote their sister concerns like Appario. Every possible move like - separating H&B items, Reducing storage just before Independence Day Sale - all moves are targeting to kill third party small sellers.
