Changing Shipping Carriers FBM

We are FBM and have switched shipping carriers from FedEx to UPS. We have changed our carrier to only UPS under our shipping settings on our default shipping template.

We are seeing some orders come through with FedEx and some with UPS as the shipping service used to calculate delivery promise. Does anyone have any insight as to why some orders are still using FedEx to calculate when we have changed our shipping carrier settings to only UPS?

Was the order in Pending Status while awaiting payment processing before you made the change to your shipping template?

Or did an employee accidentally not save the updated shipping template? The final step has a yellow Confirm box to click.

Are you able to post an image of your selections in the template? On my example here, it shows I have selected both UPS and FedEx.

Can you make a screenshot of how your choices appear?

Even though I have set up to only ship USPS and have not enabled FEDEX/UPS, it regularly tries to make me choose UPS. I think they offer the cheapest route no matter what your preferences are.
