Hi its been 5 months now my first payment stuck in level reserve. i bought inventory of around 7k and fulfil my order by FBM. got complaints on few orders and amazon deduct amount but now its been more than 4 month i didnt bought and inventory coz my all money stuck in level reserve and now my account showing defect rate about 18 percent. i contacted many time with helpline but didnt got any response. kindly help me. thanks

The reserve amount ensures you have sufficient funds to cover financial obligations like refunds, claims, or chargebacks.
