Hello, FBA item remeasurement is frustrating and never got the right sizes. My case ID is 17249207921, I have requested remeasure on a item which always come back with old larger sizes. I have cut the packaging sizes since November 2024, which is 17.05 inches (43.4cm) x 9.29 inches (23.6cm)x3.07 inches (7.8cm), while after several remeasurement request, amazon come with the old sizes of 25.59 INCHES * 9.45 INCHES * 2.56 INCHES

I even posted my measuring pictures to the case and the seller support always getting the old sizes. More ridiculous is the item has been run out of stock for a couple weeks, and I requested a remeasurement duing that period, the case was replied saying it was remeasured and gave me the old size again. While I opened another new case, the seller support told me they cannot remeasure the item until 60 days later. It sounds like they are placing games with sellers.

I am an old seller for about a decade, and the FBA remeasurement never has such issue before. Just hoping any amazon fellows see this issue can get things right, for the fame of the marketplace.
