We are the manufacturer and only seller of our ASINs on Amazon. We have a sale running at 20-25% off. I'm seeing a green checkmark next to "Sale Price" on the listing, but then a red X next to "Featured Offer" with a link to "Match" - but the Featured Offer that apparently we are not getting is the same exact price we are selling for!
If I view reference and business prices, it gives me the option to "match" the Featured Offer and the Lowest Price - which again are the same price as the sale price. What's going on?
Hi @Seller_A06jXTh4hdKib,
Thank you for posting here at the forums!
The first step would be to file a case with Seller Support. This will allow you to register this potential error and also any major escalation will need a case ID.
If you have already submitted for a case, please share here.
Thanks,
Joey
