Hi Amazon Seller Community,
I’m reaching out to see if anyone has successfully resolved a similar issue, as we’ve been facing challenges for over two months now. All our products have been marked as hazmat, even though they don’t contain any hazardous materials, batteries, or chemicals. Because of this, we’re unable to use the exemption sheet process, as it doesn’t apply to our items.
How do I get this solved? All our products are marked with this and is causing problems with return requests as amazon is not able to provide a return label.
We have over 500 asins, so doing this one by one is no option as we will be adding more in the future.
