Featured Offer Dropped to 0% After Discounts Expired – Is This a Bug?

Hi fellow sellers,

I need some help or clarification on a frustrating issue. Up until yesterday, my Featured Offer percentage on my Seller Central dashboard was at 100%. However, as of today, it has inexplicably dropped to 0%, and I’m really confused as to why this is happening.

Here’s the situation:

From 10/14/2024 to 10/18/2024, I was running a 5% price discount along with an Exclusive Prime Discount of 10% for the same period. Once the discounts expired on 10/18, I noticed the Featured Offer percentage plummeted to 0%.

Now, my stock levels are good, prices are competitive, and customer reviews are solid, so I can’t figure out why this happened. It’s ridiculous that after offering discounts and promotions, my Featured Offer drops completely! I don’t see any reason for this, and I haven’t made any changes that would affect my eligibility for the Buy Box.

Has anyone else experienced this? Could this be a system glitch, or am I missing something? Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated!

I also noticed mine showing 0% when I looked at it yesterday. It wasn't accurate, though. Seems to be a glitch.
