For several months, my deactivated account has resulted in both my funds and inventory being held by Amazon. Additionally, an unjustified FBA storage fee of $3,000 per month is being deducted due to stranded inventory. To date, a total of $20,000 has been unfairly withheld, and these deductions continue unabated.
Amazon’s policy clearly states that when a seller’s account is deactivated, their inventory should either be returned or placed under their control. However, instead of returning my products, Amazon has retained them while persistently charging excessive storage fees.
This practice is unlawful, unfair, and arbitrary.
In light of this, my requests are as follows:
Immediate release and refund of the amounts unfairly deducted from my account,
Prompt return of all my inventory without further delay,
Reimbursement of the total $20,000 deducted to date,
Cessation of any further FBA storage fee deductions while my account remains deactivated.
Amazon’s unilateral and unjust treatment of sellers contravenes both legal and consumer rights. I demand full compensation for the financial losses incurred due to these unauthorized deductions and the withholding of my inventory.
I expect an urgent response and the immediate release of my funds and inventory.

I truly don’t understand the way your support team operates. Do we really need to email Ms. Katie Scott and ask her to request a response on our behalf just to get an answer from you?
I have opened TWO cases, and yet, not a single response! Has this issue simply failed to grab your attention, or are there specific conditions that must be met for Amazon Support to actually care?This level of disregard is completely unacceptable. I expect an immediate response and a serious approach to my case without further delay.
