We need help from an Amazon moderator escalating an FBA inventory issue that Seller Support has been unable to resolve for over a month.
We have 1,152 units of ASIN B0GS6XRY6P that were incorrectly marked as expired. The actual expiration date on these units is November 7, 2027, so this inventory is nowhere near expiration.
We first opened a support ticket regarding this issue in early July 2026. The affected inventory has been stuck at RDU2 since approximately July 10, 2026.
Seller Support previously told us that the expiration information was incorrect and that a fulfillment-center correction would be initiated to return the units to sellable status. That correction never occurred.
Since then, we have repeatedly been told that RDU2 is an IXD/cross-dock facility and that inventory should be transferred out within 72 hours. However, these 1,152 units have now remained there for approximately one month, so repeatedly telling us that inventory normally transfers within 72 hours does not address the problem.
On August 5, Support again escalated the issue internally. We were then told:
RDU2 cannot perform the normal bin-check correction.
The units must first be transshipped to a standard fulfillment center.
Once transferred, Amazon can verify the units and correct the expired status.
The problem is that the inventory is not being transshipped. It has remained stuck at RDU2 since July 10, apparently because it was incorrectly classified as expired in the first place.
As of August 10, 2026, the issue is still unresolved.
This is a popular ASIN, and Amazon has kept 1,152 valid units unavailable for sale for approximately one month because of an incorrect expiration status.
We need someone to investigate the actual inventory movement/status history and have the appropriate internal team either:
Correct the expiration status and move the 1,152 units back to sellable inventory immediately, or
Manually move/transship the inventory to a facility capable of performing the required verification.
Please do not respond with another instruction to wait 72 hours. That timeframe passed weeks ago.

Any assistance from an Amazon forum moderator who can escalate this beyond standard Seller Support would be greatly appreciated.
