By providing your phone number to us, you consent to receiving SMS Text Messages from us related to your Amazon selling account.

The entity or person (you) who is using the Amazon SMS Text Message Service (the Service) assumes the financial responsibilities of the mobile phone account through which the Service is being accessed. Amazon is not responsible for entities or individuals claiming that they did not authorize the use of their mobile phone for the Service.

Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply to the text messages we send to you and the text messages you send to us. Amazon does not charge you for receiving or sending text messages through the Service. Amazon has no responsibility or liability in respect of any messaging fees, data charges or other charges charged by your mobile carrier for your use of the Service or for any other loss or damage which may be caused by your use of the Service.

Amazon is not liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of any text messages sent to or from you in connection with the Service. Delivery depends on effective transmission by your mobile carrier. We provide the Service on an "as is" basis, without any representations or warranties, expressed or implied. Please continue to use Seller Central as the primary means of managing your orders and seller account.

We can amend any of these Service Terms at any time and at our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective once posted on Seller Central, and you are responsible for reviewing this location to stay up to date on all applicable changes.
