Holiday schedules for FBA Onsite

Do holiday closures affect my FBA Onsite metrics?

Amazon systems automatically account for the following holidays.

It negatively affects your performance metrics when you do not inform FBA Onsite Seller Support of additional days that your site is not in operation.

You will not have assigned ship dates on the following holidays:

  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day
  • New Year’s Day

Do holiday closures affect the Prime delivery promise?

Yes. Amazon automatically adjusts the customer promise for planned holidays.

When customers place orders, we let them know whether they will arrive before or after the holiday. Amazon.com automatically assigns delivery dates based on holiday site-closure schedules.

What do I do if I have to close my warehouse due to weather conditions?

Contact FBA Onsite Seller Support to turn off carrier pick-ups for that day.

What do I do if an employee is not available to work and I cannot handle the usual order volume?

To reduce the capacity for your site for a given date range, please contact FBA Onsite Seller Support.
