Pet food and pet supplements

If you list products on our store, you must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and our policies applicable to those products as well as product listings, including this policy.

Pet foods and pet supplements covered by this policy

The Food, Drug, and Cosmetic (FD&C) Act requires that all animal foods, like human foods, be safe to eat, produced under sanitary conditions, contain no harmful substances, and be truthfully labeled. As a form of animal food, pet foods must meet these FD&C Act requirements. Pet foods are sold in a variety of ways such as, but not limited to, dry pet foods, canned wet pet foods, or dehydrated foods. This policy also applies to pet supplements.
