A power bank is a lithium powered portable external battery used to charge mobile electronic devices. Other variations include hand warmers and mobile phone cases, should they also function as power banks.
Amazon may request power bank safety documentation at any time to confirm compliance.
If you are selling power banks, you may be asked to provide documents to confirm the safety of your products. Amazon requires documentation that indicates testing compliance with standards or regulations for each product you are applying to sell.
Amazon’s policies require that power banks sold through the Amazon website meet specified certification standards. If you are contacted by Amazon, submit the following information to electronics-safety@amazon.com.
