With Amazon's Buy Shipping, you can purchase shipping labels, ship and confirm your orders, and track your shipments. Buy Shipping ensures that your products are delivered to customers using a trusted shipping partner.
If you are based in India, you can use Buy Shipping services to send your seller-fulfilled orders directly to customers in the US. After getting an order in Seller Central, you can:
To use DHL eCommerce as a shipping partner, you will need a business account with the carrier that provides access to its Packet Plus and Parcel Direct services.
Please indicate on this form whether you already have a DHL eCommerce account or whether you will be setting one up. If you need to set up an account, DHL will contact you. If you already have a DHL account, add the account details to the form. An Amazon representative will contact you within two business days to link the account with Amazon.
Your DHL account can be linked with Seller Central using either the Amazon-negotiated rate card or a self-negotiated rate card. See the Shipping pricing and payments section below for details.
Once setup is complete, you will get confirmation from Amazon and you can start buying DHL eCommerce shipping labels through Amazon’s Buy Shipping service.
With Amazon’s Buy Shipping services, sellers’ items ship via courier mode using Courier Shipping Bill V (CSB-V).
CSB-V provides benefits to Indian exporters, including:
India’s Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) ruled in 2018 that commercial shipments valued at less than INR 500,000 are allowed via courier mode using CSB-V. However, DHL eCommerce is accepting only shipments valued at less than INR 50,000 and with a total weight of less than 28 kg.
After your carrier account is linked with Seller Central, configure the new Standard
Plus shipping option:

After configuring the Standard Plus shipping template, go to the Manage Orders page, where you can buy shipping either from the list view or the order details:
From your seller account, select Manage Orders from the Orders drop-down list and click the Buy shipping button to the right of the order you want to ship. You can also access the Buy shipping button from the Order details page by clicking on the order number.
On the Buy Shipping page, follow these steps for DHL eCommerce CSB-V shipment:
Clicking Buy shipping will take you to the Shipping purchased and confirmed page. Click Print label to print the shipping label you bought. If you make a mistake or need to reprint the label, visit Reprint a shipping label.
After you buy the shipping label, you will receive an invoice so you can pay the carrier directly.
By default, shipping labels bought before 2 p.m. on a particular day will be automatically closed out at 2 p.m., and the pickup will be scheduled for the same day. Shipping labels bought after 2 p.m. will be closed out the following day.
After shipment closeout at 2 p.m. each day, you will receive two separate emails to the address you have registered with the carrier. One email will contain the packet list, and the other will be the shipment invoice.
