FAQ - How do I get the product back if the buyer files an A-to-z Guarantee Claim?

If you would like to request for the product back from the buyer, you can do so using the Buyer-Seller Messages within Seller Central. Providing a return label will help the buyer return the item and ensure that you have visibility into the return.
