COVID-19: Two week FBA storage fee waiver

1. What is happening?

   To support you and your fellow sellers during these difficult times, we will waive two weeks of storage fees in March for products stored in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Canada. This is in addition to the previously announced waiver of the April 15 long-term storage fees.

2. Where can I see my monthly inventory storage fee?

   March inventory storage fees will be processed between April 7-15. You can see your monthly inventory storage fees within the Transaction View of your Payments report. Set Filter view by to Service Fees and choose a date range that includes April.

   This amount will reflect a waiver from the last two weeks in March. We have accounted for the waiver in your fees amount. You will not see the waiver listed separately as a promotion or discount.

3. Will the monthly inventory storage fee be waived for both standard-size and oversize items?

   Yes.
