Guidelines to grow your followers using Posts and Stores

This article covers best practices to engage with customers and grow your followers using Posts and Stores platforms to build your own curated brand.

  • Post frequently to get free impressions, drive discoverability, and increase followers through the Follow button on Posts page. We recommend posting at least 3-5 times a week to increase your visibility. Highlight your top-selling products and products featured in your deals in Posts using lifestyle imagery to drive product clicks and followers. Your posts may might be discovered in carousels on product detail pages, in content feeds for related products and categories, or in a special feed on your live Stores.
  • Make sure to update your Stores page with engaging content that includes rich imagery and video. Ensure to feature your ASINs in your Stores page, especially the ones with deals.
  • Leverage other non-Amazon channels to encourage customers to follow you by driving them to your Amazon Store account. For example, add a note such as “Follow us on Amazon to stay up to date on deals!” through your own email CRM and social channels.
