Whenever you receive an error message as highlighted below and are not able to access the
Submission history page and Report a violation tool, please check the steps listed below
before raising a case:
Error Message: "You do not have any brands registered. To start using our brand protection
tools, please enroll a new brand”.
Steps to be checked:

You have successfully enrolled a Brand on Amazon or have already been added as a steward
to any of the existing Brands.

You are added as a Rights Owner or Registered Agent to the Brand. An Administrator
cannot access protection tools

You are logging into Brandregistry using the credentials (email ID and password) of
the account used to be enrolled in the Brand registry program.

Example 1 - If you have related accounts in UK and US, you cannot login into US
brand registry portal using the UK credentials.

Example 2 – If you have multiple accounts associated with your Brand registry,
please use the primary email address used to get enrolled in the Brand registry
program.
If you have confirmed to login using the correct credentials, please proceed to raise a case
to the Brand Support team.
