The Amazon Launchpad program works with startups funded by crowdfunding platforms, venture capital firms, and other startup accelerators. All startups are welcome to apply. The Amazon Launchpad program evaluates all applications on a case-by-case basis. To maintain the best customer experience, products must be ready to ship now.
The Amazon Launchpad Program
Amazon Launchpad provides resources, expertise, and global infrastructure to entrepreneurs and startup companies to sell and deliver innovative products to millions of Amazon customers. Sellers approved to participate in the Amazon Launchpad program receive enhanced brand consulting services, as determined by Amazon. Detailed program FAQs can be found here.
Requirements for Merchandising and Brand Support
To participate in the Amazon Launchpad program, products must meet the following requirements in order to receive merchandising and brand support: (i) be sold by the brand owner of the product and (ii) be fulfilled using the Fulfillment by Amazon service or Seller Fulfilled Prime. We may in our sole discretion (i) determine the type of merchandising and brand support that you receive and (ii) waive the requirements for merchandising and brand support.
A 5-percentage-point premium will be added to the Referral Fees described on the Selling on Amazon Fee Schedule for all Sellers accepted into the Amazon Launchpad program beginning January 21, 2019. The premium applies to all sales associated with your account.
We may in our sole discretion waive, suspend, or terminate any feature of the Amazon Launchpad program at any time. If your participation in the Amazon Launchpad program is terminated, we will no longer provide you with enhanced merchandising and brand support.
