FAQ - When can I charge re-stocking fee?

Once items are returned, the seller should carefully inspect them. If they arrive back in a different condition than sent, it is possible to withhold a restocking fee of up to 50% of the cost of the item. Restocking fees of up to 20% can be applied on all returns, regardless of the condition.

Please see the Amazon Guidelines for charging restocking fees.
